My mother died of colon cancer last November 2003. Ever since she had cancer I have been very conscious of my health too. I read more about healthy eating and healthy living. When I have time to use the internet I would read about health tips or even reviews like colon cleanse reviews and the like. I subscribed too to websites about ones health.
