Mix 7 cups of grated cassava, 1 tall can of evaporated milk, 2 tall cans of coconut milk (you may use the tall can of evaporated milk for measuring), 3 whole eggs and ¼ cup of melted butter. Blend well and put in a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Prepare the toppings by mixing 1 can evaporated milk,2 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup thick coconut milk and 2 tablespoon flour. Let boil stirring constantly then add 2 slightly beaten egg yolks and cook for 2 minutes. Spread on top of cooked cassava and broil at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown.
