Poached Pear with Topping

Here’s a perfect topping for a perfect dessert! Just prepare Nonfat cooking spray, 1 recipe Poached Pears, 1 recipe oat topping from warm apple crisp and a nonfat vanilla yogurt.

After having those preheat the broiler. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Place the warm pear halves in the dish, cut side up, and top each half with one tablespoon of the Oat Topping. Broil until the topping is browned, about 3 minutes. Place 2 pear halves on each plate and drizzle yogurt over all.
