Mashed Potato

During my stay in the Philippines , I introduced new style of cooking and dishes to my sisters. And making mashed potato is one of them. 500 grams peeled potato, 2 liters of water, 2 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoon butter (unsalted), 1/8 teaspoon white pepper (ground), and ½ cup milk.

PROCEDURE:
1. Boil potato in salted water.
2. Drain water if potato is tender and mashed potato with whisk or beater.
3. Add the mashed potato in pan with melted butter.
4. To soften the mixture, mix milk lightly.
5. Add salt and pepper to season.
