If the Europeans have their Pasta with Pesto Sauce, we Filipinos also have our Laing Pasta. This dish was made exclusively by Goldilocks Philippines. It is simply spaghetti noodles topped with laing. Laing is an authentic Filipino dish (originated from Bicol Region) made from Taro leaves, coconut cream, pork strips and lots of Chili. This is an innovative twist to both the classic spaghetti and the ever spicy laing. I just hope that I could taste this dish soon when I have the time to visit the Philippines again.
