
Kangkong is one of my favorite vegetable in the Philippines. This vegetable is high in fiber so it’s good for your bowel movement. It helps you to pooh regularly. It is very easy to prepare, all you need is garlic, onions, soy sauce and cooking oil. First, you have to stir fry the garlic and onions. Then follow with kangkong and soy sauce.

Hi...for this kind of vegetable, we have almost the same name. In Indonesia we call it Kangkung. and i like it very much..keep writting and eating :-)
hmmmmmmm...this looks delicious...i really miss this kind of food.
