Grilled Pork Ribs

We need 2 kilos of pork ribs to be marinated with 1 head garlic, peeled and pounded, ½ cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon crack black peppercorns and salt to taste. Keep the marinated pork in the refrigerator overnight. Grill pork over hot coals, turning on each side until pork is fully cooked. Chop pork and serve with your choice of dipping sauces. This is best when we use vinegar with garlic.
