Cheesy Spicy Crabs

Saute 2 tbsp. of minced garlic in ¼ cup butter then add a crab which was cut into four. Stir fry for a few minutes then pour in ¼ cup water, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and spices like ¼ tsp. brown sugar, ½ tsp. cayenne powder and ½ tsp. chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes or until crabs are almost done. Add in ½ cup of grated Quickmelt cheese and cook for 5 minutes more or until thick. It is better to serve it hot.
