We need 3 boxes of flavored gulaman powder( gelatin) of different colors. Divide each flavor into two and cook each flavor individually using ¾ cup of water. Let it set individually and set aside. In another pan, dissolve 2 sachets of unflavored clear gelatin in 2/3 cup of cold water then heat until it simmers. Remove from heat and add ½ cup evaporated milk and ½ cup condensed milk to the gelatin mixture. Let it cool at room temperature. When different flavored gulaman mixtures are set, cut them into cubes and spread in a molder. Pour cooled clear gelatin mixture over cubed gulaman. Seal molder for at least 2 hours and it’s now ready to eat.
