Barbecue Rice

We first marinate the 300 grams of pork lomo which have been sliced into strips with 1 cup of Del Monte Pinoy Barbecue Instant Marinade for 15 minutes. Then drain and dissolve 2 teaspoon of cornstarch into the marinade and set aside. Saute pork in 2 tablespoon margarine or butter for 5 minutes or until cooked. Add ½ cup of frozen green peas and the marinade mixture. Simmer until thick then add 6 cups of cooked rice and salt to taste. Cook for two minutes mixing it continuously. We may assemble it in Chinese take-out boxes.
