Apple Pie

Have at least 7 small apples peeled and thinly sliced. We then combine 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1 cup white sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1 and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon. Line pie tin with crust and put the apple mixture. Put on small dots of margarine. Roll out top crust and then cut into 1 inch wide strips. Place diagonally across pie both ways sealing to bottom crust. Bake in hot oven for an hour or until done. Good for the holidays.
