This recipe can serve as a “pulutan” or eaten with rice as viand. We mix the drained tuna flakes with carrots which have been finely chopped, broth cubes and eggs. Then add a dash of pepper and soy sauce. Mix it well and then put a little mixture in a molo wrapper and fold it into triangle. Seal the edges with water. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with sweet sour sauce.
