We need a medium size bangus and tilapia without scale, cleaned tahong, sugpo, and pusit. Put all the vegetables including 100 grams baguio beans, a piece of carrot, camote, saging saba and sayote, and 2 pieces of tomatoes at the bottom of the cooker. Place the sea foods on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with onions, luya and spring onions. Then cook it for 20 minutes at medium heat. Serve with soy sauce and calamansi as dip.
