Pork Afritada

In one teaspoon cooking oil, we sauté 2 cloves of garlic, 1 medium size onion sliced lengthwise and two medium size sliced tomatoes. Add 1 kilo pork loin and ½ kilo chicken. Then cook it until half done then add 2 medium sized potatoes which have been cut into four. We add salt and pepper to taste and cook till the meat is tender. Place broth thickened with flour, red and green bell pepper and cook for five minutes. You may serve this with cooked rice.
