Peaches and Cream Smoothie

I like to have smoothies for breakfast because they provide great nutrition quickly and you can mix and match your favorite ingredients for much variety. This is one of my favorite because it combines a rich, creamy texture with a taste of peaches.
• 1 medium peach, peeled and seeded
• ½ medium banana
• 1 kiwifruit
• ½ cup low-fat or nonfat yogurt
• ½ cup orange juice
• ¾ cup ice cubes
• Mint sprig, for garnish

In a blender or food processor, blend the peach, banana, kiwifruit, yogurt, and orange juice for about 1 ½ minutes or until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add the ice and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve in a chilled glass with a sprig of mint.
