We first marinate the pork with garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar. Drain after thirty minutes and reserve the marinade. Then we have to sauté the garlic from the marinade, onion and pork. Cook for five minutes then add ¾ cup of water, laurel leaf and the reserved marinade. For 40 minutes, simmer it until oil comes out of the pork. Brown the pork in its own oil then flake the meat. Mix the adobo with cooked spaghetti and olive oil. Top with fried garlic.
