Giant Pork Sisig

“Sisig” was once served only to pregnant women known as kinilaw, until it was updated for the consumption of all. It is made of skin, meat and fat from the pig’s head. We first grilled all of these and then chop finely. Then add calamansi juice, onions and soy sauce. A little vetsin will do. This is good for “pulutan” perfectly paired with some kind of hard drinks, as well as best for meals.
