Filipino Picadillo is another dish that are loved by Filipinos. As what my mom said, this dish is a complete dish. It consists of Go, Grow and Glow foods. It is easy to make and it won’t take time to make a serving for four persons. You just sauté the garlic, onions and ground meat, add the potatoes and a little bit of water and simmer until the potatoes becomes tender. Then add, some more veggies like carrots, corn and peas to make more healthy plus a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then, simmer for a minute or two and it’s done! You’ll have a yummy and healthy treat to pair with a cup of rice.
