Fry at least 1/3 kilo of gluten and cut crosswise bananas until golden brown. We then set aside the bananas. We then add onions, bay leaf, salt and vetsin to the gluten. Upon sizzling of the oil, we then add calamansi juice and enough water to cover. Let it boil for 5 minutes then add carrots and quartered bell peppers. Continue cooking until vegetables are done and the sauce of desired consistency.
