Combine a kilo of ground pork, a cup of chopped canned sausage, 2 teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, a cup of fresh bread crumbs soaked in ½ cup milk, 2 slightly beaten eggs, ½ cup sweet pickle relish, one finely big onion and 4 tablespoons raisins. We have to blend these ingredients thoroughly Spread pork mixture on an 8x10 inch piece of leaf lard or sinsal. Arrange slices of hard boiled egg in pork mixture then roll the leaf lard to form a rod then wrap in aluminum foil. Put in steamer for 1 hour or bake in moderate heat for an hour. Chill when cooked and slice it before serving.
