Eggplant Lasagna

We first season half cup of bread crumbs with 1/8 tsp. pepper and ¼ tsp. of salt. Mix eggs with the thinly sliced eggplants and coat each slice with bread crumbs. We then fry it till golden brown. We have to drain in paper towels then set aside. In a rectangular pan we then put half of the cooked noodles, spaghetti sauce, eggplants and cheese. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients. We have to cover it with aluminum foil and bake for thirty minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 5 minutes.
