Trapped in a hectic schedule and hardly have time to prepare stuff for lunch? Here’s one simple recipe to a sumptuous meal for lunch. It’s called the Papaya-Mango Chicken Salad on Crisp Bread. Simply mix the following: chicken chunks with fat-free cream cheese cooked earlier or maybe the night before; diced papaya; and mango chutney. To taste, add salt, pepper, and lime juice. The mixture will be a good spread for the crisp bread. This is perfectly paired with cranberry-apple spritzer made by mixing pure cranberry and apple juice with water. Presto! You are instantly set for a healthy meal for lunch.
