This is also another thing that Filipinos abroad misses about the Philippines . The crispy, crunchy, juicy and delicious Crispy Pata. This is a whole pork leg that is boiled until tender and then, deep fried to perfection. Yum! I couldn’t help myself but to salivate while imagining what it feels like to masticate crispy pata once again! A friend of mine once said that the best way to eat this is wait before every one else gets their own share and after them, you get the whole bone and munch it with bare hands. That’s if, there would still be left for you! Ha ha!
