Lumpia Shanghai Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups. VG bopis.(mushroom)
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup singkamas, shredded
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 tbsps. Garlic, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
4 tbsps. Oil
2 pcs. Eggs, beaten
¼ cup. Flour
25 pcs. Lumpia wrappers

Procedures:

Dry VG bopis in Teflon pan with oil, stirring occasionally. Let it cool
Mix all ingredients except the last three.
Add eggs then flour and mix thoroughly.
Make into shanghai
Freeze and fry when needed.
