Kangkong has an antioxidant component. It is also rich in vitamins C, K, and folate. My all time favorite is adobong kangkong (sauté garlic and onions, add a little water, soy sauce, cook first the stalk, and then add the leaves). You can make other simple dishes from this vegetables like: Sinigang (pork stew), salad, and even crispy kangkong.
