10 oz. ahi tuna, divided into two portion olive oil, salt and pepper

2 ciabatta or focaccia rolls, toasted

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tomato, sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

2 cup mixed greens

Coat the tuna with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on high heat for two minutes a side, until the outside is lightly charred but the interior is still pink and cool. Serve on a toasted bun slathered and dressed with the vegetables. Make 2 servings.
