Chicken Soup with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 3 minced garlic, 1 pc medium sized finely chopped onion, thumb-sized ginger, ¼ kilo chicken, 2 tbsp. patis (fish sauce), 3 cups of water, and 1 cup gata (coconut milk)

Procedure:
1. Saute garlic, onion, ginger and chicken. Add patis (fish sauce) cook until the chicken turns brown. Add water. Stir well. Pour the gata. You can add vegetable like malunggay leaves to add taste.
