Adobo is one the favorite dishes of the Filipinos. Mix pork cubes and chicken meat in a cooking pan. Add crashed garlic, peppercorn, bay leaf, vinegar and soy sauce with oil. Add a little sugar and water. In a low fire, let it simmer till the meat is tender. To add flavor, we may add a little monosodium glutamate. This recipe would surely drive one crazy.
