Chicken inasal or grilled chicken is an all time Filipino favorite common in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Visitors who have tasted the inasal wonder why they have to go back to the place to eat more. The chicken breast or legs are preferred. Soak the chicken parts in a marinade consisting of garlic, vinegar, calamansi, and ginger. Then grill it over charcoal ember. While grilling, we have to brush it with oil and achuete. There, you have the instant chicken inasal.
