Century Tuna with beancurd and tausi

Ingredients:



1 tsp. Ginger chopped

2 tsp. Garlic, chopped

½ cup Onion

1 cup Tomatoes, quartered

2 tbsp. Tause, rinsed

1 cake Bean curd, cubed and fried

2-184g cans Century Tuna solid in vegetable oil

1 tbsp. Pillsbury Premium cornstarch, dissolved in

¼ cup Water

1 tsp. Salt



Procedure;

Heat in a pan oil from tuna, sauté ginger, garlic and onions. Add tomatoes and tausi. Add the tokwa and tuna. Pour in cornstarch solution, stir to blend well. Cook for a minute. Serve hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
