Calamari or Calamares is the Filipinos perfect beer match. But as for me, since I don’t drink, I prefer to pair this with rice or potato wedges or, just eat it without any pairs! These are just squid rings that are coated with seasoned flour and deep fried to perfection! I suggest that you dip it in a ketchup, mayo, chili sauce or a combination of the three first before eating it up. For sure, you won’t be contented with just one platter!
