Buko pandan is a simple yet delectable treat for the family! It’s so simple to make while spending less. Though I can’t make one for my family here in the US since I can’t find any fresh young coconut here. This recipe consists only with four ingredients, namely: young coconut meat (shredded), tapioca balls, green knox gelatin and a can of condensed milk. You just mix all the ingredients, refrigerate it for at least four hours, and that’s it! You’ll have a buko pandan that’s perfect for the summer season.
