Ampalaya (bitter gourd) anyone? If you are tired of cooking but you have too this is the easiest meal to prepare – ampalaya with egg. Sauté onion and tomatoes then add the thinly sliced ampalaya (don’t stir it too much ‘cause it tends to get bitter when you mix it). Cover it until cooked for about 2 minutes. And then add eggs (beaten) scattering it evenly to the vegetable. You can add salt if you want.
