We all know that tomatoes are good sources of vitamin c which helps the body resistant to infection, have firm gums and sound teeth. It is therefore important to have raw vegetables, green peppers, bananas, cabbage, tomatoes and watermelon in our meals. Of all these, tomatoes is the least expensive. Whenever fried or grilled fish is served see to it that raw tomatoes go with it. Sometimes, we can make salad out of tomatoes and native onions.
