Preparing Maja Blanca

Maja Blanca is one of the common desserts in the Philippines. To prepare is very easy for we need a cup of corn starch, coconut milk, sugar, condensed and evaporated milk and corn. Mix them all together and let boil until thick over medium heat for thirty minutes stirring constantly. We then pour in a greased pan and allow it to cool. This maybe served in slices with toasted coconut
