They say that rice field frogs taste like chicken. I like it best when it is fried or adobo. I first tasted fried frog meat when I was 11-year-old and it really taste like chicken. I wouldn’t have known it if my father hadn’t told us. He-he-he. So, if you want to taste new dishes why not try it. Believe me you will love it.
